I am well versed in the hold music for my bank, my favorite pizza parlor and my cell phone company. And to date, no one is showing me the love I feel I deserve.

Where is my incentive for being a long-term customer? Why don’t you have a history of my pizza orders and give me a discount on every ten pies? And why am I entering numbers only to repeat them to you again?

As we know, over 90% of customers won’t purchase from a company again after a bad experience.

Who does it right? For me, Apple has done an amazing job answering my questions and solving my issues without hesitation.

Look at your own customer service experiences when you are asking for prospect information. Be mindful of how it will be used and if that experience has been carefully planned at every stage.

Capturing a prospect is important. Treating that prospect like he is your most important priority is key to moving him from prospect to client.
